One of the main and special dishes of our cuisine is Armenian barbecue made with lamb, beef, pork or chicken meet, served with traditional Armenian “lavash”, that is an Armenian thin layered bread, listed in UNESCO World Heritage Site. The very process of barbecue or “khorovats” making, as the locals are accustomed to say, becomes a celebration itself, as it is a reason for a family members to gather around the fire and talk about the process with a rare passion. If you are enthusiastic about joining this tasteful experience, you are welcome to the northern part of Armenia, Lori Province for celebrating one of the most appetizing dishes of the Armenian cuisine.
