Armenian national recipes include a lot of mulberries, enough for dedicating an entire festival to this delicious fruit. One of the most vibrant festivals dedicated to the celebration of one of the juiciest berries in Armenia is held in the picturesque town of Goris, located in the most southern region of Armenia. You are welcome to participate in this festive event, that is held in one of the most atmospheric towns of the region, Goris. During the festival, you can enjoy all types of freshest mulberries, including the mulberry jam, syrup, and vodka, as well as dried mulberries produced directly by the local farmers. This year’s festival will be accompanied by folk entertainment shows, representing Armenian traditional music, dance performances, flea market, and local food.
