Are you fond of beautiful hikes and want to discover one of the most beautiful parts of Armenian in one day? Why not to head to the Dilijan National Park known throughout Armenia for its relaxing atmosphere? You will have the opportunity to explore lakes, forests, monasteries and mountains with green pastures. Your guide will meet you at the lobby of your hotel for taking you to the Dilijan National Park, a town of forested mountains full of natural wonders. On the way, you can admire Lake Sevan and stop at the famous Sevanavank Monastery to enjoy the beautiful panorama. Then, we will go to the town of Dilijan to start our trek from the Lake Parz nestled in the heart of the forest, known for its relaxing surrounding nature. We will walk through the mountains, pass over the forest and enjoy exciting views of the neighboring mountain ranges and then gradually descend to the magnificent Goshavank Monastery, home of Mkhitar Gosh, father of Armenian law, located in the village of Gosh of the same name. After our stop at the monastery, we will continue our trekking and pass on the opposite side and reach Lake Gosh, the second lake of our day. We will go down to Gosh to finish our hike. On the way back, your vehicle will stop at Dilijan for you to admire the traditional architecture of the town, combining stone buildings and wooden balconies. With full of memories, you will later be dropped off at your hotel in Yerevan.
