Armenian diverse cuisine has a long culinary history and it is impossible to skip the most delicious part of the Armenian journey. "Tolma" is an Armenian dish, that is an inseparable part of traditional tables.It is made of grape or cabbage leaves stuffed with minced meat, together with rice, onion and herbs. Apart from meat, cabbage and leaves, "tolma" has another 50 recipes, that Armenian cooks have preserved carefully.The ingredients should be put properly in order to keep the flavor peculiarities. During the annually held "tolma" festival the best cooks of Armenia and the region eagerly present their version of "tolma" and several hours later the best cook is announced as a winner.
