In the morning, meeting with the guide in the lobby of the hotel. After, we will visit Yerevan History Museum, which was founded in 1931 and is located near Yerevan City Hall building. The museum keeps around 89.700 objects, representing Yerevan's history starting from Erebuni period until nowadays. Not far from the museum, you can discover the Republic Square, which is considered as one of the most beautiful squares in the world. The middle of the square looks like a huge Armenian rug from above. Afterward, we will head to Megerian carpet factory, where numerous rugs with different patterns and colors exhibited in the museum of the factory represent the long history of the Armenian rug-making art. After admiring the museum and the process of making traditional carpets, we will be invited to taste mouth-watering Armenian dishes. In the evening you will be transferred to your hotel.

Every year in October the residents and visitors celebrate the birthday of our city. Even a special state commission is formed to help to prepare for the capital's jubilee. We will leave Yerevan for a short time to visit Kotayk Province and discover Geghard monastery, which was founded in the XIII century. In 2000 Geghard Monastery was inscribed on the list of UNESCO World Heritage sites. Not far from Geghard we will also visit the pagan temple of Garni. Most of the travellers always combine these two sites, that is why it is also called Garni-Geghard tour. The Temple of Garni often hosts Armenian religious concerts. We will be one of those lucky guests, who will attend this spiritual concert during our exploratory mission. After the concert we will come back to Yerevan and enjoy our free time.

In the morning we will discover historical and archaeological museum Erebuni. We will take part in different events and celebrations dedicated to the 2801 anniversary of the city. We will have a unique opportunity to participate in a pottery master class. After the celebration we will taste famous dishes of the Armenian cuisine and a delicious birthday cake in a gourmet restaurant.

The first site we are going to visit today is Yerevan's Closed Market. The variety of appealing and colorful specialties and spices will catch your eye immediately. This is where the combination of different colors and flavors create a unique culture. You will be offered delicious fruits and sweets. You can take the opportunity to buy local vegetables, fruits, herbs, cheese, the list may go on. Later, we will take part in the cooking master class at the host family. At the end of the day, we will be invited to a Cultural evening.

We will begin our day with visiting the Matenadaran, which is a scientific center and the museum of ancient manuscripts. Afterwards we can visit Etchmiadzin, the religious center of all Armenians. On the way to Etchmiadzin we will discover the ruins of Zvartnots Cathedral. Later, we will unfold the Cathedral of Etchmiadzin. The village named Aknashen will be our next stop. Here you can taste traditional dishes and participate in "lavash" baking process. Lavash is a traditional Armenian flatbread, which was inscribed on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Full of impressions, we will return to Yerevan.

This will be the last day of your stay in Yerevan. We will visit Ararat Brandy Factory, as it is impossible to visit Armenia and not to taste number one brand of the country. Enjoy your time and visit the Republic Square and the Singing Fountains in the evening. The illuminated city will attract you.
