Royal Tulip Grand Hotel *****

The building of the remarkable historic Golden Tulip Hotel is located in the famous promenade of Abovyan Street, probably the most famous and most visited street in Yerevan leading to Republic Square.

The owner of the group is the Italian company Renco. Since 2013, the hotel has closed its doors to the first class Royal Tulip Hotel Club.

The building of the hotel is located Charles Aznavour Square and was built in 1926, then began the renovation work in the years 1999 - 2000 by the Italian company which completed the work in 2009. The building of the hotel was in the list of historical and cultural monuments in Kentron district (city centre). With the completion of the works, the building became a multifunctional urban building, a model for the architecture of the city.

This hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Yerevan. There are 104 elegant and luxurious rooms at guests' disposal. Room types include Senior Presidential, Junior Presidential, Senior Suite, Junior Suite, Deluxe Double/Twin Room, Classic Double/Twin Room, Single Room with Queen Bed, Room "Charents". Most rooms have a balcony with a full view of the city.

The hotel has a gym, sauna and an outdoor pool (in high season) located on the roof of the hotel where you can organize private and romantic events, dinners and cocktail parties. The hotel also invites to the Rossini Restaurant, where Italian and Armenian cuisine blends in harmoniously. The Daggers Vita Lounge Bar offers banquet and evening entertainment next to the restaurant. Visitors have the opportunity to listen to live music.

Grand Hotel Yerevan has four meeting rooms for business meetings, conferences, congresses, seminars, and training. These rooms can accommodate from 20 to 70 people.

Abovyan Street is Yerevan's main artery, the street starts from the north of Republic Square and ends with the round square with some beautiful old townhouses and many modern, glass, black and pink facades.
