The glorious times of Tashir-Dzoraget didn’t leave many architectural buildings. One of the few buildings is the monastery of Hnevank from the 7th –12th C. The monastery is situated in the northern province of Lori, more precisely on a hill located in a gorge, where the Dzoraget and Gargar rivers join. The monastery complex consists of several buildings. One of those buildings, a relatively bigger one stands apart from the others and could have served as a farm building.
