Day 1 Yerevan (Armenia)
Arrival − greeting and meeting. Welcome to Yerevan! Transfer from the airport to your hotel.

Day 2 Yerevan − Matenadaran – Megerian Carpet Factory-Museum – City Tour
On the first day, your guide will be waiting for you at the lobby of the hotel to help you explore the capital city of Armenia − Yerevan. We will stop in the Matenadaran, which holds a rich collection of ancient manuscripts and books that have been preserved as national treasures over many centuries. After finishing our tour in the Matenadaran, we will head to Megerian Carpet Factory and Museum, where numerous rugs and carpets with different patterns and colors exhibited in the museum of the factory represent the long history of the Armenian rug-making art. After admiring the museum and the process of making traditional carpets, we will be invited to taste exquisite Armenian dishes. Later, we will continue to Yerevan Subway to feel the soviet style of architecture and to enjoy the coolness of the underground, as almost all the stations are very deep under the ground, thus making the temperature below 25°C even on the hottest days of summer. Next, we will proceed to Abovyan Street, opened in 1863, where the first tram in Yerevan passed once. After few minutes of walk, we will reach the Republic Square to admire its impressive architecture and to enjoy the show of the Singing Fountains in the evening.

Day 3 Yerevan – Zvartnots − Etchmiadzin – Aknashen – Yerevan
Today, after breakfast, we will proceed our tour to explore Etchmiadzin – the spiritual center of all Armenians. Along the way we will stop at the ruins of Zvartnots Cathedral located in Ararat Valley. Although the cathedral is fully ruined, it remains one of the most visited sights in the country offering a fascinating view of The Mount Ararat on the background. Our next destination is Aknashen Village where you can take part in traditional "lavash" baking process and taste the unique representation of Armenian traditional recipes.

Day 4 Yerevan – Lake Sevan – Geghard – Basalt Organs – Garni – Yerevan
At the beginning of the day we will drive to the most popular and splendid Lake Sevan. The freshwater turquoise lake and picturesque nature surrounding it will definitely mesmerize you. Later, we will proceed to Geghard Monastery which is on UNESCO World Heritage list. The part of the monastery was cut into the rock, and its surrounding area grants the visitors with the marvelous picture of Azat Valley. The trip will continue onwards to Garni, where we will reveal natural Basalt Organs also known as “Symphony of Stones”. Afterwards, we will hike up to the Pagan Temple of Garni and admire the magnificent natural scenery from the top. At the end of the day you will have a drive back to your hotel.

Day 5 Yerevan – Hovhannavank – Saghmosavank – Amberd − Yerevan
Today we will head to Aragatsotn Province, to explore a medieval miracle called Hovhannavank. There you will have a chance to enjoy a stunning view from the monastery over the Kasagh Gorge. Later on we will proceed to the 13th-century monastic complex of Saghmosavank with a spectacular view of the Mount Aragats on the background. The tour will continue to the Fortress of Amberd located in the same province. This 11th-century fortress built on the top of the mountain offers its visitors a perfect view with green background and deep canyon underneath. In the evening you will be dropped-off at the hotel in Yerevan.

Day 6 Yerevan − Khor Virap – Areni – Noravank – Karahunj − Goris
The morning starts with breakfast at your hotel in Yerevan. After breakfast we will head to reveal the southern part of the country to uncover the secrets of its fertile land.
First, we will stop at Khor Virap Monastery which is located on a mountain outcrop and rises above Ararat Valley. This is the best observation deck for admiring the stunning Mount Ararat. Our journey will continue with a visit to Areni − Armenian wine making center, where we will have the opportunity to taste Armenian wine and have a traditional Armenian lunch at a family vineyard in Areni. To the south of Areni we will have a stop in Amaghu Gorge − Armenian Grand Canyon, in other words, to admire Noravank Monastery and fascinating scenery of red cliffs. Later we will depart to megalithic complex of Karahunj or Armenian Stonehenge − an observatory used by locals about thousands of years ago. By the evening we will stop in Goris to stay overnight at a hotel.

Day 7 Goris – Khndzoresk – Tatev − Goris
The new day will start with a delicious breakfast in mountainous Goris. Afterwards, we will visit the old village, Khndzoresk. This will be a real gift for nature lovers as it seems that the caves here have cracked the mountains to come out to the surface. The old cave-village of Khndzoresk will definitely amaze you with its mysteries and the spirit of traditional practices that you will fall in love with entering the cave-museum exposing the inhabitants’ way of life. Afterwards, we will continue to the Monastery of Tatev. The combination of architectural marvel together with divine nature around make Tatev one of the most visited and photographed places in Armenia. We will take the longest reversible ropeway of the world and have a chance to enjoy the stunning scenery of the steep the Vorotan Gorge from the cabin of the ropeway. At the end of the day we will return to our hotel in Goris.

Day 8 Goris – Gandzasar – Tigranakert − Stepanakert (Artsakh)
Today, we will drive to Artsakh, also called The Nagorno-Kharabakh Republic. Our first destination here will be the Monastery of Gandzasar a (10th-13th CC.). This ancient religious complex is located on the hilltop and overlooks the dense forests and magnificent mountains of Martakert Region that have protected the architectural pearl of the land for centuries. The trip will continue to the city of Tigranakert, founded by the Armenian king Tigran the Great (95–55 BC). The dublicate of the fortress has recently been built near the original one that houses a museum, where the archeological remains found in the area of the original fortress are exposed to the visitors. In the evening we will drive to the capital of Artsakh - Stepanakert, where we will explore the landmarks of the city − churches, old streets with cozy old houses, the Republic Square of Stepanakert with a beautiful park, singing fountains and modern cafes. In the evening we will go to a hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 9 Stepanakert − Tnjri − Amaras − Shoushi − Stepanakert
The morning will start from a delicious breakfast in Stepanakert. Later we will drive to discover 2033-year-old Skhtorashen plane tree (tnjri), the height is more than 54 meters. Afterwards, we will continue to discover another archeological marvel of Artsakh, called Amaras Monastery, built in the 4th century under which the tomb of St. Gregory the Illuminator's grandson is located. Next, we will head to discover the town of Shushi with its ruins after the Nagorno-Krabakh War (1988-1994). Once a ghost town, Shushi is now renovated and wrapped in green surrounded by mountainous and overlooks Hunot Gorge. The ruined houses of Shushi remind its visitors about its sad past but give the town a very romantic atmosphere to take wonderful photos and to transfer in time. Later we will visit the Holy Savior Cathedral in Sushi. The marvelous church is built of white lime stone, which is not a very common color for the Armenian architecture. In the evening we will return to Stepanakert and you will have some free time to make discoveries at your own pace.

Day 10 Stepanakert − Yerevan – Tsitsernakaberd
After having breakfast in Stepanakert, we will head back to Yerevan. On the way the majestic landscapes will fascinate us. By the afternoon, we will reach Yerevan and have some time to relax after a long drive. Next, we will proceed our tour to Tsitsernakaberd, where will visit the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex to pay a tribute to the 1.500000 victims of the Armenian Genocide that were canonized on the centenary of the Armenian Genocide and then we will visit the Armenian Genocide Museum that will impress us with its huge collection of photos, books and other exhibits concerning the tragic past of the Armenians. Located on the hillside the park of the Memorial offers an incredible panorama of the city of Yerevan. In the evening you will be dropped-off at your hotel.

Day 11 Return flight 
Transfer to the airport. Departure with lots of unforgettable memories.

Day 11 Yerevan - Gyumri
Today we will take a train to the second biggest city in Armenia − Gyumri. This city is considered as the center of the Armenian humor, hospitality and art. We will walk through the streets and contemplate the antique architecture of the Old Town with wooden balconies and colorful facades. We can not only observe the daily routine of the locals but that of the craftsmen as well.

Day 12 Gyumri – Harichavank – Yererouk – Yerevan
Today we will leave Gyumri to uncover Harich Village with its 7th-century Haritchavank Monastery. Together with mediaeval architecture, you will have a great view over the canyon. Next, we will head to the archeological site of Yererouk Basilica, which is partially destroyed but still attracts thousands of new visitors every year. Late in the evening you will be dropped-off at your hotel in Yerevan.

Day 13 Return flight 
Transfer to the airport, departure. Have a safe flight!
